Plans for a 550-home development to the east of Coldharbour Lane in Stoke Gifford have been given the go-ahead by members of South Gloucestershire Council’s Development Control (West) Committee. Approval was granted on Thursday 4th December, subject to a ‘Section 106’ agreement setting out the community facilities, affordable housing and contributions to local education and health services, public transport and cycling
