Waste and recycling

Waste and recycling services are continuing as normal on Bank Holiday Monday 6th May 2024. Please ensure your containers are out for collection as usual.

The Sort It recycling centres are open every day 8.30am to 4.30pm. The sites are usually very busy on bank holiday weekends, especially between 10am and 2pm, so if you can, plan your visit for the quieter times or to come another day. If you do need to use a recycling centre this weekend, sort your waste before you arrive to speed up your visit.
