Lettings management company ordered to pay £2,700 following HMO offences

A Bristol-based lettings management company has been ordered to pay a total of £2,700 in fines and costs after South Gloucestershire Council’s Private Sector Housing Team prosecuted them for failing to obtain Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licences for two properties located in the Scholars Chase area of Stoke Gifford.

North Road street trader licence application recommended for refusal

An application for street trading consent relating to the siting of a trailer selling fast food in a parking bay on North Road, Stoke Gifford is to be considered by a South Gloucestershire Council licensing sub-committee tomorrow (Tuesday 18th May 2021).
