Man treated for smoke inhalation after Tetbury Close fire

Tetbury Close, Little Stoke, Bristol.

A man was treated for smoke inhalation after a fire in the kitchen of his home in Tetbury Close, Little Stoke, last night (Friday 4th January).

Fire engine of the Avon Fire & Rescue Service.

Two appliances from Patchway fire station attended the incident at around 7:50pm and firefighters using breathing apparatus and a thermal imaging camera deployed a hose reel to extinguish the flames.

Firefighters administered oxygen to the man, who is reported to be around 45-years-old.

The ambulance service did not attend the incident.

The exact cause of the fire is currently unknown.
