Application: PT12/0888/F (9th March 2012)

Description: Erection of a 21,700 seater new sports stadium (Class D2) and ancillary Club Shop (500m2), Supporters Club Bar (784m2) and Offices (198m2), with associated Convenience Store (Class A1) (465m2), Gymnasium (Class D2) (1,280m2), Banqueting facilities (Class D1) (1,006m2), Media Study Centre/UWE Teaching Space (Class D1) (2.114m2). Construction of car park (1,000 spaces) and new vehicular access. Depositing of excavated material resulting from construction process, landscaping and lighting.

Application: PT11/3985/F (19th Dec 2011)

Description: Alterations to existing main building of the Parkway Technology Centre including the insertion of mezzanine floor and erection of new Engineering Department building with associated works.

Filton Triangle Rail Depot

Application PT11/2781/F (1st Sep 2011)

Description: Erection of a Rail Maintenance Depot including sidings and associated maintenance buildings and accommodation, and fuel storage facilities. Improvements to existing access road, internal access roads and car parking, security fencing and landscaping.

Decision: Approved with conditions (6th Feb 2012)
