Man charged with burglaries in Little Stoke

A 28-year-old man from Bristol has been charged with two burglaries in Little Stoke. Both burglaries happened on Sunday 30th September. A suspect was arrested on Wednesday 10th October. The man is charged with one dwelling burglary and a break-in at a pub where cash was taken. He appeared before Northavon Magistrates earlier today (Thursday 11th October). Avon and Somerset

Police helicopter helps apprehend burglary suspect

Police were called just after 5pm on Sunday 19th August to a report of a burglary in progress in Cerimon Gate, Stoke Gifford. A man and a woman had been seen acting suspiciously and the window of a house had been smashed. Officers searched the area on the ground and the air support helicopter joined the search at about 5:30pm,
